What a clever and elegant solution!

This is much better than what it used to be. The only concern I have has to do with the last sentence of 2.8.2.6.5: “Indicate that the information was taken from a source outside the resource itself (see 2.2.4).” Since this instruction is already stated in 2.8.2.6, it seems unnecessary to add it in 2.8.2.6.5. If you feel it should be repeated there, then it would have to be repeated also in 2.8.2.6.1 to 2.8.2.6.4 for the sake of consistency. The same comment applies to 2.9.6.5.

  3. Larisa Walsh says:

    Instruction reads much better now.

  4. Robert Rendall says:

I agree that this is a great solution. As Dominique points out, the “source outside the resource” sentences are not needed in the newly added sub-instructions.
